Phoenix MRC was founded to fulfil an ethos of market research - a passion for high quality, fit-for-purpose market research and a belief in the enabling role of the agency through delivering service as promised on time and on budget.

Phoenix MRC was established in 1994. Surveys have covered telephone, internet, e-mail, postal and face-to-face enquiries. Our experience includes a wide range of companies including Harrods, Royal & Sun Alliance, Bristol Airport, the AA, Prudential, McCann Erickson, L'Oreal, Parker Pens, SuperDrug and the Chelsea Building Society as well as SMEs including start-ups, smaller local companies and institutions and governmental organisations.
