QuestBack Opens US Headquarters
Norwegian enterprise feedback management (EFM) company QuestBack has today announced the opening of its new North American headquarters. Located in Bridgeport, Connecticut, the new office is intended as a foundation for 'rapid expansion' across the region.
The company plans to double its North American revenues in the next year. To this end QuestBack is recruiting experienced market researchers: recent hires include Jill Ransome, formerly Marketing Director of Focus Vision, as the head of US Marketing; and Todd F White, Eric Bell and Gigi Hayden as Directors of Insight Solutions.
CEO Ivar Kroghrud comments: 'QuestBack has experienced extraordinary international growth. We see a great opportunity for growth in North America and have already experienced demand from businesses across all sectors. Our North American headquarters will enable us to capitalize on this demand and work even more closely with our current customer base.'
QuestBack recently acquired panel and software survey firm Globalpark and launched QuestBack Global Connect. The company was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway with subsidiaries in seven countries and offices in a total of 17 countries.
