Change at the Top for SurveyHealthcare

Custom research and data firm SurveyHealthcare has promoted three employees to C-Suite roles - Matt Walmsley, Strategy; Sal Brucculeri, Revenue, North America; and Randalyn Perry, HR - while President Philip Sofia leaves to pursue opportunities outside MR.

The promotions follow a period of rapid growth, and are intended to ensure the firm's employees 'are led by a seasoned team with a clear vision for the future of the business'. Chief Exec Jerry Aribttier (pictured) says the transition 'comes during a period of great momentum for SHC'. He comments: 'We are confident that with these strong new leaders in place, we will continue to grow rapidly across our key markets in North America and Europe'.

Walmsley, who becomes Chief Strategy Officer, joined in 2015 and most recently served as SVP for New Product Development, responsible for managing the engagement of the firm's proprietary HCP panel as well as translating new concepts into tangible products. His experience includes nearly nine years at pharma panels firm All Global.

Brucculeri moves from the role of EVP, Client Relationships Manager, leading the North American sales organization, to that of Chief Revenue Officer. He joined the company in 2013 as its first full-time Business Development hire. He joined the company in 2013 after working at ROI Group and Quick Test/Heakin.

Perry moves up from HR Director to Chief HR Officer, and is based in the Pocatello, ID office. She oversees both strategic and tactical activities. Perry joined the firm in 2016 from ATCO Structures & Logistics where she was HR Advisor, and earlier spent eight years at ADT Security Services.

Sofia described the decision to quit as 'the toughest of my professional life' and said he left with 'mixed feelings' despite an unexciting (and unspecified) challenge ahead. Arbittier thanked him for his 'commitment and service to the Company'.
