Forsta Adds Bus Dev Director
CX and research tech group Forsta has appointed Jason Saylor, formerly of MAXimum Research, as Business Development Director.
 Forsta was formed from the merger of research software firms Confirmit and FocusVision in Spring 2021, and less than a year later was snapped up by healthcare experience specialist Press Ganey, who then combined it with local marketing platform Rio SEO, and added crowdsourcing and innovation platform HelloIgnite.
Saylor (pictured) worked as a CATI programmer, Director of DP and Vice President, Data Services during a decade at Hispanic telephone fieldwork company Eastern Research Services, then joined New Jersey-based MAXimum Research in January 2011 as an Account Executive and stayed for thirteen years.
