Manufacturer IFF (International Flavors & Fragrances) has promoted Judith Gross to the newly created position of Global Director of Fragrance Innovation, based in Neuilly, France. Gross has been with IFF for 15 years, most recently as Global Marketing Director, Fine Fragrance and Beauty Care. In her new role, she will be responsible for a fully-dedicated innovation team which will be researching new partnerships, and generating new business opportunities and growth avenues. Explained Nicolas Mirzyantz, President of IFF's fragrances: ‘Adding this new position reinforces our commitment to identify new opportunities for our customers to leverage fragrance. Given Judith’s extensive experience in fragrance marketing, she is the perfect candidate to lead this initiative.’ Matt Frost will take Gross’s former position. Most recently he was VP of Global Fine Fragrance Marketing and Market Research for scents and flavors manufacturer Givaudan. He will be based in New York.
