Digital media planning solutions provider Effective Measure has appointed Maria Rodriguez Java as Country Managing Director for the Philippines.

She brings ten years’ experience of the digital media industry, particularly in Southeast Asia, and will focus on promoting the service through user engagement, strategic partnerships and operational growth.

Java was previously Digital Director for WPP firm Mindshare Philippines, and before that worked as VP - Marketing, Media, E-Commerce and Product for Airphil Express, and in roles for ABS- CBN Interactive and Globe Telecom's G-CASH.
