In the UK, pharma communications specialist Zaicom has appointed former YouGov director John Storey as Research Director in its Research Plus division, which specialises in global healthcare research.

For the past eighteen months, Storey served as Research Director at YouGov, prior to which he ran his own qual/quant agency Category Consulting, which focused on shopper research using deep dive techniques, in-store surveys and NPD evaluation. Earlier in his career, he worked at Synovate in South Korea, Geest Plc, Novartis Consumer Health, Nielsen, Boots Healthcare, Superdrug, and Tesco.

In his new role, Storey will lead the research group, and integrate the division’s efforts with the company’s regulatory affairs and marketing and communications teams.
