
Full-service Hispanic MR firm ThinkNow Research, based in Burbank, California, has appointed Carlos Yañez as head of its Custom Research Division.
The firm specialises in studying Hispanic consumers in the US, through a combination of panel, omnibus, online community and custom research work.
In his new role, Yañez will be working closely with clients to design a broad variety of studies. He joins - with more than fifteen years of research experience - from GfK where he was Senior Research Director of Multicultural Research.
Yañez began his career at ASI Research, then moved to Garcia Research where he spent more than a decade and rose to the rank of VP, Quantitative Research. After this he worked in Hispanic research for Knowledge Networks before moving to GfK. He holds an MBA from Cal-Poly.
