Data management and business intelligence provider DataMentors has appointed former Hart-Hanks COO Gary Skidmore as a Strategic Advisor.
Wesley Chapel, Florida-based DataMentors designs and develops data quality and database marketing solutions, and offers its PinPoint marketing analytics and customer profiling solution to enable clients to understand customers' needs and buying habits. In addition, the company’s DataPoint solution has been developed to provide SMBs with business and consumer demographic data, prospect information, and financial behavior metrics.
Skidmore (pictured) was previously COO of social media marketing software firm The Dachis Group, prior to which, he spent nearly eighteen years at marketing consultancy Hart-Hanks, where he latterly served President and COO. He began his career as VP Marketing at Sweet Publishing, before setting up his own marketing agency which he ran for thirteen years and subsequently sold to Hart-Hanks.
At DataMentors, Skidmore is tasked with advising the company on its growth strategies, and on the roll out of its recently launched Data-as-a-Service solution.
