
WPP-owned marketing insights consultancy Added Value has promoted Zoe Dowling to the role of Senior Vice President, Global Mobile Capability Leader.
Dowling (pictured) joined the firm in 2007, working with the Communications Optimization team as Senior Project Director, before more recently serving as VP, R&D & Offer Innovation. During her time with the firm, she has been involved in several innovation initiatives, one of which was the development of its Cultural Traction study and leading the execution of a ten country, 60,000-respondent survey from conception and fielding through report writing, web site creation and PR efforts.
In her new role, she is responsible for transforming Added Value’s approach to data collection by leading the shift to mobile, driving awareness and best practices for mobile research. She also leads R&D for the North America business and participates in several Kantar-wide initiatives around web and mobile research.
