Consumer insight-driven research and brand consultancy Protobrand has appointed Peter Costa as Vice President of Client Services.
Protobrand’s flagship Meta4 Insight product uses a metaphor elicitation technique to tap into consumers' deep-seated feelings and underlying motivations.
Costa (pictured) joins with more than ten years’ data insights collection experience. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Client Development for Federated Sample (now
Lucid). Prior to this, he spent more than eight years at Research Now, latterly as Senior Director, Client Development, overseeing sales for the Northeastern US; before which, he worked for the firm’s parent company eRewards as Sales Manager.
In his new role, Costa is tasked with helping grow the firm’s Meta4 Insight research software platform.
