In the US, MARU Group's tech and communities business Maru/Matchbox has appointed former ORC International exec Tricia Juhn as a new member of its Financial Services team.

Maru/Matchbox was formed in 2016, through the acquisition of Vision Critical's North American Research Consulting division. Juhn (pictured) joins after nine years at ORC International, where she served as VP, directing and developing engagements relating to audience and customer strategy, innovation, and market expansion, and creating platforms designed to predict trends and inform decision making. Before this, she was a Consultant at the World Bank Group, and Director of Research at Violy Byorum and Partners. During her career, she has also served as Professor of International Relations at American University.

In her new role, Juhn will operate as a senior member of Maru/Matchbox’s Qualitative Center of Excellence.
