Job Spec: Suzy is hiring an SVP, Product to oversee all areas of Product Management for the Suzy platform, including its primary quantitative and qualitative offerings, the Suzy Live product for conducting on-demand digital interviews, global expansion, and the acquisition, growth, and retention of users within Crowdtap; Suzy's growing consumer network. The right candidate will create, manage, and iterate on processes, standards, and methodologies that will set up the department and company for success.
This role will be a key strategic driver to articulating and executing on a Product vision that aligns with Suzy's revenue, retention, and other business objectives. The SVP, Product will report directly to the Chief Product and Technology Officer and will work closely with teams and leaders across Experience, Product Marketing, and Engineering to ensure our products continue to push boundaries and engage consumers and clients. The success of this role will be based largely on the ability to achieve revenue or other business goals, manage an associated P&L, and drive growth across all of Suzy's product lines.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Product Managers with a variety of different goals laddering up to your overall growth and retention objectives
- Manage the P&L across all product lines
- Oversee the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
- Work across departments to oversee large scale go-to-market initiatives
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer problem, through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Work with a cross-functional team of internal and external design, UX, and technology personnel to drive the development of features
- Utilize analytics-driven decision making to evolve products and usage
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Brainstorm and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders to continuously define feature priority
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals, vision, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent
- 10+ years of product management experience - designing, developing, and deploying digital products using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience within market research or a related field
- A history of managing and scaling the the release and go-to-market of products globally
- Experience in digital project management and Agile/Scrum tools (JIRA)
- Working experience with consumer apps to drive engagement, growth, and retention
- Ability to clearly lead communication on technical requirements to engineers / developers
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience prioritizing competing objectives and communicating the rationale for complicated decision-making
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities and adhere to internal timelines and deadlines when needed
- Innovative mindset and ability to think 'outside the box' of current capabilities
- Comfortable presenting and proposing new ideas to senior management
- Experience managing and mentoring Product Management at multiple levels.

The target base compensation for this role is $212,500 - $250,000 / yr.
