Job Spec: Rigour Research is a global data collection and analysis agency whose purpose is to provide a comprehensive, reliable and bespoke service that enables our clients to deliver and grow.

We are looking for a full-time experienced Confirmit Programmer to join our dynamic company. The role can be office based in London or FULLY REMOTE enabling you to apply from anywhere.

A successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a project from scripting, quota management, launching, quality checking and delivery of the data to the DP stage. You will ensure that all projects meet client specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Programming and customising online surveys using Confirmit, including advanced question types, logic, piping, and dynamic content, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimised for data collection.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure surveys function correctly across platforms and browsers.
• Debug and resolve issues related to survey functionality and data integrity.
• Collaborate with the project team to understand survey requirements and timelines.
• Liaise with clients to confirm survey specifications and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Set up data export configurations, ensuring clean and accurate data delivery.
• Manage survey quotas, sample allocation, and data collection timelines.
• Identify opportunities to optimise survey programming processes and workflows.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with survey programming, survey logic, piping, and scripting in Confirmit
• Knowledge of survey design principles and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong in Excel, ideally SPSS proficient
• Dashboarding knowledge a plus.
