Millward Brown Expands in Europe

Leading research agency Millward Brown has extended its presence in Europe, through the acquisition of Delfo, one of Italy's best known qualitative research companies.

Based in Milan, Delfo provides consultancy services using advanced qualitative research and proven techniques. Clients include Kraft, Lavazza, MTV, and L'Oreal.

The agency, headed by Mimma Novelli, a well-known qualitative consultant in the Italian market, employs 9 researchers and had revenues of approximately Euro 2.5 million for the year ended December 31, 2000.
