New Contract and Appointment at GMI | September 18 2001 |
Global Market Insite has appointed Andrew Jeavons to the newly created position of Vice President, GMI USA and announced an agreement with IBOPE eSurvey.
Prior to joining GMI, Andrew was the US President and a board member of Surveycraft Pty, the leading survey software in Australia and the Pacific Rim. Since the sale of Surveycraft in 1998 to SPSS, Andrew has been a consultant on issues related to survey research and web surveys. Andrew has also worked for Quantime Ltd and founded ATP Ltd in the UK. More recently he was one of the founders of OpenSurvey, an industry organisation dedicated to the development of open standards for survey software. Andrew has over 17 years experience in survey software development, sales and marketing in the USA, European and Australasian markets.
Andrew will continue to be based in Cincinnati USA when he takes up his position at the of September and will report to GMI's CEO and Founder, Robert Monster. Andrew will have a leading role in GMI's growth within the USA and will also handle several key global accounts.
In addition, Sao Paulo-based IBOPE eSurvey, part of the IBOPE.com holding company, and GMI have signed an Enterprise Licensing Agreement for GMI's Net-MR research management application. Net-MR is an advanced Web-based enterprise wide solution for market research management, and IBOPE eSurvey plans to integrate it into its online operations for overall management of projects, including panel management, data collection and, analysis and reporting.
