Netusability has just announced further additions to its rapidly growing workforce with the appointment of Julian Freeman as Vice President of Operations and Jim Buckle as Vice President of Finance. Julian Freeman joins Netusability from Engage, and will be responsible for building and managing a service delivery group, spanning the delivery of consultancy services, implementation of technology solutions and ongoing support for the installed customer base. Julian has over 15 years of management experience within the IT industry. He was formerly Client Services Director at Engage, where he built a customer services business for their online marketing technology and services across Europe. Prior to Engage Julian held management positions in a number of leading companies including CNT, Sequent Computer Systems and Omrom Systems. Jim Buckle's appointment as Vice President of Finance will further strengthen Netusability's senior management team. He will be responsible for overseeing all financial and business processes for the company. Jim joined Netusability from Dell, where he was Finance & Planning Director for Dell Financial Services in Europe, responsible for the financial management of DFS's business and providing business decision support, reporting & analysis to the DFS management team. Prior to Dell, Jim held senior financial management positions at the BBC and worked in consultancy and audit for KPMG.
