New Addition at MORI for Employee Research | July 12 2002 |
Peter Meyler, previously employee research director at Benchmark Research, has joined MORI as an associate director within its Human Resources (HR) research team. He will have special responsibility for business development.
Peter has worked on both the client and agency side of employee research. Initially from a HR background, he became BT's employee research manager in 1992 with specific responsibility for the design, implementation and rollout of all of the company's employee research initiatives. These included CARE (the largest employee attitude survey undertaken by a UK company), Release (the largest voluntary redundancy programme undertaken in the UK), Behaviour & Style (developing organisational values and behaviours) and the introduction of a non-smoking policy.
Since 1997, Peter has been working agency side, including three and a half years as divisional employee research manager at ORC International.
