Synovate Appointments in EMEA | September 8 2003 |

Synovate has announced three more senior appointments, this time in its Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. Carol Johnson joins from RI as HR Director, EMEA, Stéphane Courqueux moves from Millward Brown to become MD of Synovate France and John Presutti, who has been Acting MD of the latter, will join the regional head office team. Ms. Johnson has 16 years of HR experience with leading companies and was HR Director at Research International - she earlier played a similar role at TNS. Nicos Rossides, CEO of Synovate EMEA, says that the company will benefit especially from her strategic and change management skills, in further strengthening its performance management, training and development. Stéphane Courqueux will join in early October. His roles at Millward Brown included Director of Mainland Europe New Business Development and MD of their French office. During his 15 years in MR he also worked for 2 years in London with Infratest Burke. John Presutti's previous experience includes helping to integrate Synovate's Paris and Lyon operations, and his integration skills will be key in meeting challenges created by the company's rapid growth in the region, according to Mr. Rossides, who adds that the appointment 'will help us balance our high top-line growth with greater operational efficiencies and closer alignment of systems and processes'.
