London-based ORC International have appointed a housing research specialist to work with local authority and other clients. Adam Smith has more than twelve years experience working with housing organisations at a national level, most recently as Feedback Business Manager at the National Housing Federation (NHF).  As an account manager at ORC, Smith will also be involved in developing new online products to help housing organisations conduct research more efficiently. Prior to joining the NHF, he worked for HOMES (Housing Mobility and Exchange Services) where he helped many landlords across the country improve services for their tenants.According to Rory MacNeill, head of ORC International's public sector research division, 'Adam's wide experience of the social landlord sector will complement the mix of skills we currently have in the team, and his focus will be to help housing organisations engage their tenants in creative and inclusive ways.
