Kantar Consolidates Management of UK Field and Tabs | February 9 2004 |
Kantar is to consolidate its UK Operations capabilities - including quant field management, scripting questionnaires, data collection and DP - under a single management structure, headed by Mike Leigh. The new unit will be known as The Operations Centre.
The change will take place on 1 April 2004. Joining Leigh, currently head of operations of Millward Brown UK, will be a team of senior operations professionals drawn from Kantar's UK businesses. Sharon Potter, Director of Global Operations, Millward Brown Group, and Joint CEO of Millward Brown, UK, will manage the implementation on behalf of Kantar.
According to Kantar CEO Eric Salama, 'Uniting the operational resources, talents and skills of all our UK companies will give clients of all Kantar companies access to our very best Operations across a wide variety of techniques and approaches. It will also ensure our ability to invest in and deliver best-in-class solutions in future, particularly on the technological front'.
