Adjust
Mobile measurement and fraud prevention firm Adjust has brought in Lynda Clarizio, former President of Nielsen U.S. Media, as a non-executive board member.
The firm, which has more than doubled its revenue every two years since 2013 and been profitable for four years, employs more than 350 employees in fifteen offices on four continents, and in the past twelve months has grown its headcount by more than 150. Adjust announced a new $227m round of funding last month, for use in expanding its product suite and growing in new and existing markets.
Prior to her most recent role leading Nielsen U.S. Media, Clarizio was EVP for corporate development and operations at AppNexus, and was CEO and President of INVISION, Inc. Earlier she spent ten years at AOL in roles including President of the group's consolidated advertising businesses. She is already on the Boards of CDW, Resonate, OpenSlate and Human Rights First. She earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, and a BA degree from Princeton University.
