Caroline Frankum, Global CEO of Kantar's Profiles Division (previously known as Lightspeed), has been named a winner of the 2020 Business Women of the Year Awards by CEO Today magazine.
Frankum (pictured) joined Kantar's data collection firm Lightspeed in 2016 as CEO, and moved into her current role in 2017. She previously served as EMEA CEO at ad and brand research firm Hall & Partners, having earlier been Head of Content Research at BskyB; Head of Planning and Research at UKTV; and worked in senior positions at Fox Kids/Jetix (part of Walt Disney), Five, L!ve TV and Classic FM. In 2019, Frankum was recognised as a Top 200 HERoes Executive Champion of Women in Business; won the Forward Ladies 'Corporate Leader' Award for London and the South; and was a 'Highly Commended' Corporate Leader at the Forward Ladies Business Woman of the Year Awards.
Her recognition as a 2020 Business Women of the Year winner celebrates her leadership as a role model for women in tech and the C-suite, and for her work in championing inclusion and diversity in the Kantar workplace and beyond. This includes being the global executive sponsor and ally for the LGBTQI community within Kantar, and supporting the development and launch of Kantar's Inclusion Index; a global benchmark to help clients measure progress towards achieving better equality and more inclusive ways of working.
