Smarty Pants
US-based youth and family researcher Smarty Pants has appointed Emily Arbour as a Research Manager. Arbour is one of twelve new research professionals added to the firm's team in the first quarter of 2021.
The company, which has headquarters in Johnson City, TN, with offices in seven other US cities, works on brand positioning, new product development, consumer lifestyle and trend research. Arbour (pictured) joins with both qual and quant research experience. For the past seven years, she worked at the Community Coffee Company, latterly as AD of Brand Strategy & Insights, managing the innovation program. She began her marketing career as an intern at Brooklyn-based Big Spaceship, followed by a two-year stint in account management at Peter Mayer Advertising in New Orleans, before serving as a Strategic Planner on the Decision Sciences team at The Martin Agency in Richmond, Virginia.
In her new role, based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Arbour will guide Smarty Pants' CPG, toy and entertainment clients.
