InnovateMR

Kristin Luck Online sampling technology firm InnovateMR has given ESOMAR President Kristin Luck a seat on its Board of Directors.

Innovate was launched in 2014 by uSamp founders Matt Dusig and Gregg Lavin together with their former colleague George Llorens, and is headquartered in Calabasas, California. In January, the firm received an undisclosed amount of funding from private equity firm CIVC Partners and a 'significant investment' from its founders and former President Michael Anderson, as well as from current shareholders.

Luck (pictured) runs her own management consultancy, which guides marketing and analytics firms through all stages of growth. Her previous firm Forefront Consulting Group was acquired by Decipher in 2007, prior to which she helped launch ACNielsen's first online research practice; co-founded OTX (Online Testing Exchange) with partner Shelley Zalis in 2000, and subsequently sold it to Ipsos a decade later. She is also the founder of women's non-profit MR networking group WIRe (Women In Research) and she sits on the Board of Rival Group Inc., owner of Rival Technologies and Reach3 Insights.

InnovateMR CEO Lisa Wilding-Brown comments: 'Kristin's experience in the market research industry, coupled with her trailblazing focus on diversity and cutting-edge product development are simply unparalleled. With Kristin's sage guidance and support from CIVC Partners, we are well-positioned to continue our company's exponential growth and innovation'.
