Swiss/German in-store and omnichannel customer experience analysis specialist ISC-CX has given long-time employee, Hannes Holzer, a seat on its Board of Directors as Technical Director.
Formerly focused on mystery shopping and known as International Service Check, the company rebranded in 2020 and now offers a wider range of services including real-time survey product Voice-2025; POS crowdsourcing app solution Simply Tasks; customised retail audits; and employee surveys - in addition to mystery shopping offers. The company's multilingual local teams are on the ground in more than 120 countries.
Holzer (pictured) joined the company twenty years ago, and has since been responsible for developing the Reporting and Analytics team, as well as supporting the development process for several products including the introduction of the firm's mobile app and the analytics dashboard ISC-CX LIVEBOARD. Reinhold Auer, Chairman of the Board, comments: 'Mr Holzer has initiated many ground-breaking developments in the analytics and reporting area.
