Wordibly

Jill Brooks Philadelphia-based transcription services company Wordibly has appointed Jill Brooks as its new Vice President of Operations.

Wordibly - rebranded as such in May - is the transcription arm of Focus Forward, which offers qual recruitment in the US, incentive processing and coding of open-ended answers, and was founded by Kim Harrison and Andrew Le Guelaff. It now offers a choice of transcrption modes: Human only, Human + AI, and AI only, via an online ordering system, as well as customized solutions via its customer success team for B2B clients.

Brooks (pictured) brings more than fifteen years of industry experience to the firm, having previously served as Senior Director of Live Operations at 3Play Media - here she developed a highly scalable tech-based method for live closed captioning. She has also spent more than two decades in leadership roles at the National Captioning Institute.

Wordibly CTO LeGulaff comments: 'Jill's leadership will be instrumental in discovering innovative strategies to grow Wordibly's business and optimize our operations', while CEO Harrison says she has 'an excellent track record of delivering operational results within aggressive timelines and budgets', and adds: 'We couldn't be more excited to have her on our team'.
