SKOPOS Rolls Out Mobile Research Suite
European agency SKOPOS has launched the m-Suite™, a collection of mobile-based qual and quant research tools, giving respondents simple access via their own mobile phones to surveys, interviews, diaries, video and other research features.
As the Internet 'moves to our hands rather than our desks', SKOPOS says the m-suite 'is perfect for reaching younger or in-transit audiences, obtaining fast and effective data, video VoxMobs and QuickQual, amongst many other uses.'
Methods available include: SMS / MMS messages; WAP and M-internet; Java applications including iPhone applications Customer Satisfaction; and mobile advertising research including tracking and evaluation, self observation & diaries, polls and video VoxPops / 'Vox Mobs'.
