InSites Opens in London and Geneva

Online market research agency InSites Consulting, headquartered in Ghent, Belgium, will be opening offices in London, UK and Geneva, Switzerland in July.

The firm generates 75% of its turnover outside Belgium. As some of its major clients are based in the Netherlands, as well as in the UK and Switzerland, CEO Tim Duhamel explains that his firm will be better placed to serve these clients through the new operations.

'The opening of these two new offices is the logical result of our growth objectives,' says Duhamel. 'A local team of consultants will be hired to look after client contacts and manage projects with the support of the team in Ghent.'

Managing Partner Christophe Vergult will set up the office in London, supported by Senior Research Consultant Hakim Zemmi, Research Director Tom Goderis, and Research Director for Health Magali Geens.

Co-founder Neils Schillewaert will establish the office in Geneva, with the support of Managing Partner Filip De Boeck and Senior Research Consultant Delphine Van Tomme.

InSites Consulting opened its Netherlands office in Rotterdam last year. The division is led by Country Manager Ramon Pardo who will be joined by former Research International executive Martijn van Bijnen in August.

The firm, which was founded in 1997 and last year had a turnover of EUR 9m, recently launched a tool called Online 1/1, which allows users to conduct in-depth interviews and online user experience testing through remote desktop technology.
