FocusVision Launches Live Viewing Service
FocusVision, which provides online video transmission and analysis for qualitative market research, has launched a service to enable its clients to view respondents live as they participate in ethnography, in-home interviews, and 'shop-along' studies.
The new FocusVision SuperMobi service, which delivers live video streaming from remote locations, consists of a lightweight portable camera and microphone operated by one of FocusVision's trained videographers.
This allows a client team to log onto their computers, in order to watch live footage of consumers interacting in their own environment.
'Clients recognize the value of ethnography and shop alongs and SuperMobi gives them the opportunity to watch consumers first hand,' said CEO Eric Grosgogea.
