Indies Publish Recession Survival Guide
UK-based professional body the ICG (Independent Consultant's Group) has published 'Research in a Recession', which it describes as 'a practical guide for undertaking market research when budgets are under pressure.'
The guide includes contributions from independent consultants specialising in quant, qual and international research, and offers help for 'anyone planning to undertake market research where it is important to optimise research insight and yet control costs'.

The ICG currently represents 344 consultants in market research and related areas, based mainly in the UK but operating worldwide.
