SurveyHealthCare Rolls Out 'Managed Care' Database
US data collection firm SurveyHealthCare has developed a managed care database of professionals who are involved with making formulary decisions, and developing medication protocol and pharmacy programs.
'Obtaining information on managed care professionals has always been difficult for healthcare marketing research firms,' stated President Jerry Arbittier. 'This database will provide clarity on how to best obtain information from this sample type, and help our clients address new questions for the pharmaceutical industry.'
The database comprises individuals who work at managed care facilities, hospitals and insurance companies. Around 84% of members are key decision makers or strong influencers in making formulary decisions at their organization.
Each member of the database is profiled on areas relating to responsibility, size of company and location, to allow end-users to target specific qualities of the sample frame.
New York City-based SurveyHealthCare was founded earlier this year to provide the MR industry with samples of healthcare professionals.
