US CATI Center Doubles Capacity
MR services provider Precision Opinion has announced the expansion of its Las Vegas CATI center from 100 to 200 stations, citing two years of record growth.
In response, says company President Jim Medick, 'we have doubled our capacity to assure our clients that their data is delivered on time, according to requirements and within budget'.
The firm specializes in tracking studies, government, business, entertainment and political data collection via the telephone and Internet.
Medick concludes: 'in these difficult economic times our focus on customer service, price and quality data has proven to be the right formula for our clients. We are most humbled'.
