ITV Insight Manager Joins CCO UK
Ad agency Clear Channel Outdoor UK (CCO UK) has appointed former ITV exec Emma Jones as Research and Insight Manager, responsible for all its research initiatives including the Research Monitor, currently conducted by Millward Brown.
The firm is the UK subsidiary of the world's largest outdoor advertising company, with close to one million displays in 49 countries across 5 continents.
At ITV, Jones was Commercial Research and Insight Manager for two years. She also worked in the radio division of Emap, now Bauer, as a Senior Research Executive, and began her career at Donovan Data Systems.
In her new role she will report to UK Marketing Director, Pip Hainsworth, who comments: 'Research and insight is a fundamental part of the service we offer our clients, especially now, when outdoor advertising plays an increasingly important role in marketing communications. Emma will bring new ideas and much relevant experience to CCO and we are thrilled to have her as part of the team.'
The company's UK brands include Clear Channel Billboards, Clear Channel Adshel and Clear Channel Pinnacle. In 2000 it also launched Audience Solutions, a service for which its Campaign Planning develops a tailored solution for every brief, with a focus on 'putting the consumer at the heart of all communications'.
