Synovate Hires for Asian Consulting and MMA Units

Synovate has appointed Erik Hellquist as Head of Synovate Business Consulting in Hong Kong and Satoshi Ayukawa as Business Development Manager of its Marketing Management Analytics (MMA) unit in Tokyo.

Before joining, Hellquist was Head of Market Intelligence of Tal-os Asia in Hong Kong, responsible for the management and execution of market intelligence projects. Prior to this, he was responsible for Market Intelligence at lock manufacturer ASSA ABLOY in Sweden, and worked as a Project Manager for Swedish market research agency Thams & Nyasa Management.

In his new role, Hellquist will be responsible for continuing the growth of Hong Kong's Business Consulting operations as a major regional hub in Asia Pacific and Greater China.

Ayukawa, who joins with a 20 year career in consulting and marketing analytics, will concentrate his efforts on developing Synovate's MMA business in Japan, following its recent roll out across the Asia Pacific region.
