Global MR Operations Business Formed
Three agencies, Acrobat Research, Cimigo and EuroInterview are combining to create a new global operations business called Cido Research.
The new group will offer market research industry clients data collection and reporting solutions in 117 countries in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East, via more than 400 CATI and CAWI stations in 21 countries.
Asia Pacific MD Chris Farquhar explains: 'The research industry has changed dramatically over the last few years and we have decided to combine our resources and experience and offer this as one independent Group, Cido. All three agencies have been working together for some time, and as we have the same sector focuses, operating systems and dedication to the highest standards of quality, it really is a natural fit.'
Fieldwork services include qual and quant telephone and face to face interviewing, online research, community building and management. The firm also offers methodological guidance, sampling advice, quotations and field services via project management centres in the US, Canada, Germany, and Hong Kong; and in-house data processing and management.
Cido's staff have business research interviewing expertise in telecoms, financial services and healthcare / pharmaceuticals.
