Opinionmeter Enhances Patient Satisfaction Tool

In the US, Opinionmeter International, which develops market research technology tools, has released an upgraded version of its web-based SurveyManager platform, featuring multi-language reporting.

The system is used by healthcare organizations to gather real-time point-of-care patient satisfaction feedback.

In addition, organizations use the survey software to administer staff and patient safety training and education, and the enhanced system contains information pages enabling real-time prompts during training quizzes. It is also compliant with HIPAA (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requirements.
