Asian Expansion for comScore
Online measurement giant comScore has extended its reach in Asia with the addition of consumer Internet usage monitoring for Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam. The first data is due for release in early 2010.
The firm now covers 41 countries including thirteen in the Asia-Pacific region, 'by far the most extensive reporting of any digital media measurement company' according to Will Hodgman, EVP for the Asia-Pacific region. He adds: 'comScore is committed to providing the most comprehensive reporting around the globe and continues to expand its measurement footprint, bringing consistency and accuracy to the digital economy.'
comScore samples Internet users across more than 170 different countries, offering reports at both worldwide and global regional levels. The three new Asian countries join Australia and New Zealand; China, Hong Kong and Taiwan; India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea.
