Confirmit's Plum Deal
Online MR software provider Confirmit has struck a deal with automated telephony solutions provider Plum Voice to offer North American customers 'a complete data collection platform'.
Confirmit will add Plum's interactive voice response (IVR) technology to its range of existing data collection solutions, including Web, telephone, paper and face-to-face, to offer 'a flexible, fully automated telephone-based survey that collects and reports data in real-time.'
Confirmit SVP Marketing Gary Schwartz says the deal holds out 'exciting new opportunities' for clients. 'By combining this crucial data collection channel with Confirmit's advanced reporting and alerting capabilities, companies can capture the Voice of the Customer immediately after an interaction - enabling them to take immediate action to retain customers and create positive customer experiences.'
Scott Wilson, VP Marketing and Sales at Plum says its system and infrastructure allow companies to handle an infinite number of calls, along with the flexibility to create and modify customized surveys.
Confirmit has more than 200 employees and offices in Oslo (headquarters), Guildford, London, Moscow, New York, San Francisco, and Yaroslavl - it also serves Australia, Asia and Latin America through partner resellers. Plum Voice, which launched a survey tool in July this year, has offices in New York, Boston, and Denver.
