TNS Integrates Foresight with Stakeholder Unit
TNS has integrated its US-based employee and customer behavioral research division The Foresight Group into its Global Stakeholder Management division.
Foresight, which was previously a division of Lightspeed Research, specializes in monitoring employee perceptions and identifying issues affecting business growth and production. The firm will now work with TNS' existing TRI*M stakeholder relationship research business.
'We are currently seeing an increased need for understanding and measuring engagement from employees and customers as a result of recent economic and corporate changes,' explained Foresight's CEO Michael Schroeder. 'Combining TNS' distribution and consulting network and Foresight's employee research offering means we can be an authority on employee and customer behavioral patterns helping our clients achieve higher performance levels.'
David Kieselstein, CEO of TNS North America, added that combining TNS' stakeholder management expertise with Foresight's ability to understand employee engagement, would enable the firms to offer clients 'stronger, integrated insight' into maximizing stakeholder relationships.
