Keynote Launches Web Visitor Insight Tool
US-headquartered mobile and online testing specialist Keynote Systems has launched a service reporting web site visitors' feedback alongside their path through the site, linking their attitudes to actual surfing behaviour.
The new 'Visitor Insights' application offers marketers the possibility of viewing customer feedback alongside the technical details needed to make rapid improvements.
Site visitors are invited to provide feedback, answer questions and offer opinions while their navigation choices are automatically associated to these responses. All resulting data is available through a reporting portal, and research analyst support is included to help with set-up, and to compile tailored monthly reports.
In addition, the solution delivers reports of customer metrics that can be shared across the organization.
'Keynote Visitor Insights marries customer satisfaction and visitor behavior data, by simultaneously capturing an individual visitor's demographics, attitudes and online behavior, providing insight on how one affects the other and how the relationship changes during the transaction,' explained Don Aoki, SVP of Professional Services. 'This uncovers not only where visitors abandon, but why.'
San Mateo, California-based Keynote Systems recently reported revenue of $20.7m for the first quarter of fiscal year 2010 (2009: $20.6m), and net income of $981k (2009: $886k).
