WorldOne Hires Former SSI MD for European Push
In the UK, healthcare specialist WorldOne Research has appointed former SSI UK Joint MD Kim-Fredrik Schneider as Senior Vice President, to strengthen its European presence.
WorldOne Research offers both online and offline access to medical professionals in more than 80 countries. The firm, which has offices in Vilnius, Barcelona, and Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as regional headquarters in London and Hong Kong, employs more than 120 staff.
In April, the firm will open an office in New York, as the base for all its North American operations.
At SSI (Survey Sampling International), Schneider worked as Joint MD and led the firm's expansion into the French, Nordic and UK markets. Prior to this, he worked at online research specialist Pro Active International, and at European access panel specialist Bloomerce, acquired by SSI. In his new role, he will join WorldOne's executive team and operate from the firm's London office.
In addition, the firm has hired Matt Campion as Executive Vice President. Campion joins with nearly three decades of market research experience, having previously worked at US online medical data collection firm Epocrates where he set up the dedicated medical panel business and was responsible for its overall management. Prior to this, he was EVP at Total Research Corporation, where he ran the Global Life Science Practice and provided research to pharma and biotech firms worldwide.
In his new role based in the firm's New York office, Campion will lead North American business development, and play a key role in new product development.
