US technology market intelligence firm International Data Corporation (IDC) and events firm naseba have formed an alliance to provide and promote new technology-focused research and events in the Asia Pacific region.

IDC - which is a subsidiary of technology, media, research and events firm IDG - offers market intelligence, advisory services, and events for IT, telecoms, and consumer technology markets.

The company will provide the latest market intelligence research while naseba will offer market implementation. Events will focus on areas such as cloud computing, energy, financial technology solutions, green IT, technology parks and smart cities.
