Medefield Names Leaders for France and Germany

Online physician data collection specialist Medefield has appointed Anne-Beatrice Clidassou as Managing Director for its office in Lyon, France, and Gerald Wackert as MD in Hamburg, Germany.

Medefield's respondent community gives access to more than half a million physicians in over 100 countries. Last month, the company launched MedeQual; which combines the physician community with access for clients, moderators and respondents across the world.

Clidassou joins with more than 12 years' experience in healthcare market research. She previously led healthcare data collection specialist A+A Fieldshop.

Wackert has more than 25 years' healthcare market research experience in both client and supplier roles. Most recently he was Business Unit Director at TNS Healthcare, prior to which, he was Head of Business Development, Pharma & Healthcare at Maritz Research Europe.

'These new offices under the leadership of Gerald and Anne-Beatrice will strengthen our capability to offer services such as MedeQual and traditional fieldwork,' stated Group President, Asif Javed. 'We're fortunate to have two such outstanding research professionals join the team.'

Last week, Medefield appointed Drew Seath as President of its US operation and Iain Findlay as MD of its London-based unit.
