Coremetrics Upgrades for Mobile Reporting
US web analytics firm Coremetrics has updated its platform to include real-time data, mobile access and collaboration tools designed to help businesses respond rapidly to market opportunities.
Features of the upgraded 'Coremetrics Continuous Optimization Platform' include 'Coremetrics Analytics 2010', which features a dashboard with real-time performance metrics to provide recommended actions through new trend-spotting visualization tools.
'Coremetrics for Mobile', which provides access to all Coremetrics Analytics 2010 information and performance data, provides reporting through all major smart mobile devices including BlackBerry, Android, iPhone and iPad. It will also measure and analyze the use of native applications being run on iPhone and iPad.
Additionally 'Coremetrics Benchmark for Mobile and Gaming Devices' measures online market results including sales metrics, against those of the competition to enable users to report on sales from mobile devices and gaming devices.
More than 500 US retailers will contribute mobile and gaming device sales data to the 'Benchmark' tool, which can also provide sales trends information by comparison period, conversion rates from Pay-per-Click campaigns, and web site traffic by browser type.
Coremetrics Analytics 2010 also enables users to share information such as trend data, comment trails and 'sticky notes'.
'Today's marketers need the ability to see across their organizations and make split-second decisions, frequently while they are on the go,' stated CEO Joe Davis. 'Our new and expanded Continuous Optimization Platform will address the real challenges and opportunities that brands face in an increasingly digital world.'
