New UK Agency Launched
UK researchers James Lovett and Mark Pugh have launched Immerse, an agency promising a 'refreshing & rejuvenated approach to the traditional client-agency relationship'.
Co-founders Lovett, formerly of Ipsos MORI, and Pugh, formerly of Grass Roots, share the belief that research is 'a powerful tool in facilitating business change but is often under-utilised.' Based in St. Albans, Immerse Research & Consulting Limited will support research with 'creative & vivid communication' and 'thoughtful & inventive consulting'.
The pair's main areas of expertise are financial & professional services, telecoms and retail research.
According to Pugh, the agency will place emphasis on effective communication of results and will 'provide the hands-on consultancy and emphasis on internal engagement that many agencies aren't structured to provide.' Says Lovett: 'We're excited to be launching Immerse at a time when such emphasis is being placed on business efficiency across all industries and sectors.
