Bellomy Launches iPhone App for MROC
US MR and consultancy agency Bellomy Research Inc (BRI) has released an iPhone app which enables members of its private market research online communities (MROCs) to browse and immediately respond to the most recent forum topics.
The firm's new 'SmartIDEAS Community' platform utilizes social media tools which enable sponsor clients to maintain a direct and ongoing dialogue with consumers. Through these BRI-managed MROCs, consumers can talk about a topic or a brand while the agency also engages them in directed weekly surveys to answer business questions.
The new application, which provides secure access to screened and verified members, allows clients to share proprietary information and obtain feedback on ideas before they are launched.
