Online Hybrid Solution Launched
In the US, 20|20 Technology - a division of 20|20 Research - has introduced a solution that allows researchers to conduct in-depth qual research on selected quant survey participants.
 The firm's new QualLink technology works by connecting almost any online survey software with its QualBoard bulletin board platform.
At the conclusion of the survey, participants are asked to opt in to a QualBoard session based on their survey responses. If and when they accept, QualLink automatically loads the participants and their survey data into QualBoard, to which they can then immediately log in to begin the qual portion of the study.
'Until now, the process of collecting qual data during a survey was clunky, time-consuming and required a lot of manual work,' explains Director of Innovation, Isaac Rogers. 'Our new solution achieves the goal to quickly and easily transition a select group of participants from an online survey to an online qual platform.'
