Universal Survey Goes Global with New Panels
US-based data collection agency Universal Survey and its partner Survey Healthcare have established physician and healthcare professional panels across the major European, Asian, and Russian markets, in addition to their existing US and Canadian panels.
Established in 1997, Universal Survey employs 65 full-time employees and a large staff of web and CATI programmers, as well as more than 1,000 part-time employees.
In addition to its Global Healthcare Network of panels, the firm offers consumer panel Opinionsite, a multi-cultural telephone interviewing staff covering 'dozens' of languages, 500 CATI seats, and fully integrated data collection options covering web, phone, IVR, Smart Phones and IPads.
CEO Michael Lefkowitz said that the new panels now provide the firm with 'full global coverage'. He comments: 'In total the Universal Survey Global Healthcare Network now has more than 2 million healthcare professionals worldwide, including physicians across all major specialties, nurses, medical office personnel, hospital and clinic personnel, technicians, dentists, pharmacists and HMO senior staff'.
