Western Wats Debuts Mobile Survey Solution

In the US, data collection firm Western Wats has launched a research solution which combines its mobile survey platform with its panel of mobile users.

Orem, UT-headquartered Western Wats maintains managed online research panels across North America and Europe, as well as a network of telephone interviewing centers with facilities in the United States and the Philippines.

Its new mobile solution has been designed to optimize surveys for mobile browsers and deliver surveys via SMS text message, while the panel comprises users who have explicitly agreed to engage in survey research via their mobile device.
